Pre-purchase Home Inspection. No two homes are identical. Please use the following table as a guideline only. Some other factors that may affect the posted prices are apartments within a home and travel distance. Outbuildings (such as sheds and barns on a rural property) can also be inspected for an additional charge.

WETT INSPECTION

WETT stands for (Wood Energy Technology Transfer Inc.). A certified WETT inspector can perform inspections and other professional services on most wood burning fireplaces and appliances.
